Pod fitness session Timetable

Think of us as your local friendly outdoor fitness alternative to the stuffy, intimidating and anonymous gym. Experience the benefits of a fresher environment, more welcoming vibe and more stimulating workout in our sociable and motivating group sessions.

Currently our Pod4 small group sessions run six mornings a week, and our Pod8 group sessions four times a week. We train all year-round and, yes, even when it rains!
