We offer a variety of sessions across the week so that you can mix-up your training, avoid boredom, and keep progressing towards your goals. No two sessions are ever the same!

All of our sessions are suitable for all levels, and our PTs make in-session adjustments for each individual so that everyone gets the most out of their session.

By restricting numbers - Pod4 = max 4 members, and Pod8 = max 8 members - we feel that we have struck the right balance between enough PT attention and the social fun and motivation that comes from working out with a group of like-minded people.
