POD FITNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS


Pod MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

·      Minimum Membership duration of 3 consecutive months.

·      After the first 3 months, the Membership turns into a monthly rolling contract.

·      Monthly Membership can be cancelled in writing via email to hello@pod-fitness.com 14 days prior to the next payment date. 

·      Membership Freeze: Monthly Membership can be frozen once in a 12-month period free of charge for up to 2 weeks. Any additional suspensions are charged at £25 per suspension for up to 1 month at a time. Requests to freeze the Membership need to be made in writing via email to hello@pod-fitness.com no less than 14 days prior to suspension. 

·      Pod4 Memberships allow access to the entire Pod timetable ie. Pod4 and Pod8 sessions. If on occasion you choose to attend a Pod8 session with your Pod4 Membership, it is considered a straight swap regardless of the price differential.

·      Pod8 Memberships are only valid for Pod8 sessions. 

·      1 Guest Pass included each month.

·      10% discount on Pod workshops & events

·      Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. 

·      Non-refundable, except for medical reasons and with proof of medical practitioner’s note.

·      24-hours notice required to cancel or reschedule sessions.  

 

POD SESSION PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

·      5 and 10 Session Pass – valid for 12-months from purchase date.

·      Non-refundable, except for medical reasons and with proof of medical practitioner’s note.

·      Cannot be shared or transferred. 

·      24-hours notice required to cancel or reschedule sessions. 

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours notice required

Session Pass & Monthly Membership: 

·      Sessions cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the session will be refunded in full to your membership. 

·      Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the session and no shows will be charged to your membership. 

 

Train Unlimited Membership:

·      Persistent late cancels and no shows (more than 3 per month) will lead to any further late cancels or no shows to be charged at the full Session Pass rate. 

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be admitted to the session. This is because you will have missed the warm-up and so risk injury, and also to minimise disruption to other clients. 

REFERRAL REWARDS POLICY

Recommend a friend to Pod and if they sign up, we’ll reward you with 50% off your next Monthly payment or Session Pass purchase. 

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY 

Pod Fitness may photograph or film training sessions and use any and all such photos, video footage and/or video streaming for promotion, sales, publicity and advertising purposes for all media, including, but not limited to, the Internet. We will also always seek verbal permission on the day.
