"I have been training with Bianca and her team on and off for a number of years. For the past few months I've been going consistently once a week and I really value the sessions. It's important to me to have a scheduled time when I work out. I love training outdoors. In the park; each member of the team is brilliant at adding variety to the workouts - no session ever seems to be the same which offers a great challenge to my body. The small groups work really well; offering a little encouragement and competitive spirit! I really don't like gyms so if I wasn't doing this, I wouldn't be doing the kind of exercises I do in the sessions. I know these have made me stronger and helped improve my running.
