Pod Fitness February News, by Sophie

Congratulations for making it through January and a double Congratulations if you've smashed a Sober month, a Veganuary month or reached any other New Year goal!

Let's kick off February with an update of the offers and packages we have available for you.

New for 2019 - Pod Intro offer
You are eligible to purchase our current Intro Offer which is a great way to see if training with Pod Fitness is going to work for you. The package is based on 3 sessions with a month's expiry.
It can be tough getting started on a new fitness plan, which is why we would be happy to arrange a free 30-minute consultation with you to discuss your health and fitness at any time. Just email me on hello@pod-fitness.com and we can arrange a time to meet up.

Session Passes
We now have Session Passes available as an alternative to a monthly membership. You can purchase a pack of 5 or 10 and they have a year expiry which gives you the freedom to manage your training in line with your lifestyle. Feel free to email me on hello@pod-fitness.com if you want to find out more.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Massive Congratulations to Ben! Ben Came to Pod Fitness with the main goal of getting fitter and stronger for the skiing season. Through consistent training and remaining dedicated to his target, Ben has achieved the results he wanted. Well done Ben for always retaining a positive attitude even during hard and demanding training sessions.
Ben Says:
"I joined mid-winter to achieve a level of fitness for skiing and that's working. I now think I deserve to see Ravenscourt Park in the Spring. Its a beautiful experience to be training out in the open surrounded by the quiet bustle of the park.
I enjoy hiding behind the other - very friendly - members of the group in the hope that the trainers don't notice me - It doesn't work!"
You are right Ben - there is no escape from our trainers' beady eye!

Local Top Tip: SingWest

SingWest is a non-audition community choir. We sing a wide variety of music from Classical to Contemporary to Africa tribal songs and more.
You don't need to be able to read music or have any previous experience of singing and we're a big group so you can hide at the back if you want to (at least to begin with!).
We rehearse during term times on Mondays, 7.30-9pm at St Peter's Church W6, so please come along for a free taster session. For more details visit our website www.singwest.co.uk or contact us at singwest@outlook.co.uk

As a member of SingWest, I can tell you from experience that it is truly uplifting and fun. Give it a go!

That's all for now folks.
