Today is a momentous day! We have rebranded the business.
After 5 years as Bianca Sainty Personal Training, we are now officially Pod Fitness!
We have built a fresh new website to go with the rebrand. I am super thrilled with this, partly because I built it myself ;-), partly because we have some fab action shots taken by fantastic photographer Denise of Insightful Images, and partly because you can now see and buy our packages online!
We've been working hard behind the scenes to simplify our training packages, and to create more flexibility and choice so you can build a training week that really works for you.
Our packages are now available to purchase at www.pod-fitness.com - AND - we now offer SESSION PASSES as well as Monthly Memberships. Perfect if you want to train but can’t commit to regular weekly sessions.

The idea behind ‘Pod’ is a small group of like-minded individuals coming together to train.
BSPT has evolved hugely since I set it up 5 years ago, when it was just me providing 1to1 Personal Training. I've been fortunate enough to pick up some fabulous team members along the way... And, now that I am less frontline and we have a team of PTs delivering Small Group sessions, I felt it was time to rename the business to better reflect what we do.
It's been a massive effort pulling all of this together, but also very satisfying. So today I'm enjoying a strong cup of coffee in my favourite mug feeling pretty tired but also pleased with myself.
I left the TV world to retrain as a PT so I could help as many people as possible feel good through exercise, like me. I'm very proud of the fact that 5 years on, our team are providing high quality training all year round that combines 3 key pillars of health and wellbeing: exercise, being outdoors & social interaction.
