Which session is most suitable for my fitness level?

All of our sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness. Our Personal Trainers work hard to make in-session adaptations to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Our timetable has built-in variety, so really, it’s up to you! Find out more about our different workouts in our Session Guide.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Once you’ve purchased your Monthly Membership or Session Pass, head to the Timetable page, login and click on the session you would like to join. You can do this up to 24 hours before the session. You can then click to add a reminder to your calendar.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

You can reschedule any booked session by giving at least 24-hours notice, and it will be credited back to your account. Because of the Small Group nature of our sessions, we regret that cancellations received less than 24-hours before the start of the session and no shows will be charged to your membership.  Read our full Terms & Conditions.

What do I wear?

As all of our sessions are outdoors, we recommend layers! Layers will keep you warm at the start, you can take them off as you start to sweat, and layer back up for the stretch/cool down. A waterproof jacket is handy, and gloves and hat a must in Winter.

What do I bring?

Just bring some water to drink during and after your session. We bring the mats and kit for you.

Where do you meet?

We have two training locations in Hammersmith: the Basketball Courts to the North of Ravenscourt Park, and the green at Furnivall Gardens, by the river, near the historic Dove pub.

 
 

What if the weather is bad?

We train in all weathers, so just come prepared! We will only cancel a session if after an on-site inspection we deem it too risky to train e.g. ground is icy, or high winds near trees. Rest assured we consider safety paramount and will not hesitate to cancel if necessary. Fortunately this is extremely rare in London’s training-friendly, temperate climate!

MY FRIEND WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN WITH ME, CAN THEY COME ALONG?

Sure thing! Our Monthly Memberships include one Guest Pass every month, so they can use that. Just drop us an email at hello@pod-fitness.com with their details so we can book them in.
