Pod sessions combine the focus of Personal Training with the social benefits of training in a small group. We limit sessions to five participants max, so you are guaranteed a highly personal and customised workout, within a fun and motivating group.

What’s more, Pod sessions are all set outdoors which is wonderful for your overall wellbeing.

Pod sessions take place in London’s lovely Hammersmith W6 area - in Ravenscourt Park and by the river, in Furnivall Gardens.
